CAVOODLE

Biju

In these videos you will see Michelle perform a salon style teddy bear trim on Biju, a female Cavoodle. She demonstrates how to achieve longer legs than the body using attachments, and finessing with a scissored finish.  Blend points and scissoring parallel lines are key to this groom.

The Body Trim

This is a basic salon trim using an orange 4 comb on the body, covering lines, and blending. A green 7 comb is used on the legs to create a balanced and flowing effect. This technique is often used on a salon trim instead of scissoring the whole leg.

The Head - Part 1

This Teddy bear head is created using a green 7 comb over the head and back skull then down onto the cheeks, for speed. Some important tips to keep eyelashes.

The Head - Part 2

Continuing on with the head, Michelle explains different size lengths when grooming a Teddy head.  There is much we can do with an ear, and this length of ear suits the Teddy head.

The Legs and Feet

Balancing the foot to the body can be tricky. Michelle demonstrates how to create a beautiful leg and foot that blends in and matches the balance of the body.
