How much does it cost?

Student memberships are $34.95 a month for 6 months or save money with a one time payment of $185. Professional memberships are $39.95 per month for 12 months with a $199 sign-up fee or save money with a one time payment of $599. We also have lifetime memberships and day passes available.

Can I cancel or change my membership plan any time?

You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time by visiting the YOUR ACCOUNT button. It is located on all member pages in the top right corner (when you are logged in). On a larger screen like a laptop or desktop, it is located in the top right of your screen, and if you are on a mobile device or a smaller screen like an iPad, it is located in the hamburger menu (the three little lines at the top right!)

Do you offer any discounts?

Purchasing a Professional Membership using the one off payment option gives you a discount of over 15% on the monthly payment option. You also receive access to our online Professional Development courses. A Lifetime Membership contains all these benefits for a one time fee, offering incredible value. From time to time we do have sales, so it is worth signing up to our newsletter so you never miss a deal.

How do you secure my credit card details?

Our secure payment processing gateway Stripe meets the strict standards of the Payment Card Industry (PCI), stores the cardholder data securely and is trusted by thousands of businesses of all sizes across the globe. You can also checkout easily, safely and securely with Google Pay or Apple Pay if you have them enabled on your device.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Student Memberships grant 6 months access to the student material, and Professional Memberships grant 12 months access to the student material and all other material on the site. The subscriptions will not automatically renew after these time periods.

Will you let me know that a subscription payment is coming up?

You will be notified 3 days prior that your subscription is ending soon if your plan is ending. Each month when a payment is made, you will receive a confirmation of successful payment. To ensure you receive these important emails, it is best practice to whitelist the email address info@igroomhub.com.au. Usually, finding an email from us in your spam folder and marking it as not spam will do the trick, however, please see here for a comprehensive guide to whitelisting for your particular email provider.

What if I don't have enough money in my account when my subscription is due?

Your chosen payment method will be tried three times automatically. If, after three attempts, the payment is still not deducted then the membership is automatically cancelled.
