Q Am I going to be OK?
A Yes, you will be looked after from the moment you enter the salon to the moment your family comes to collect you. You will have a comfy bed and will be lead through the grooming process with care and kindness.
Q I used to really love coming here but now everything hurts and I cannot see or hear you properly :(
A We know you are ageing and that you cannot stand for long periods of time. We will ask your family if we can break the groom into 2 sittings for you. We will work with another groomer to support you when you cannot stand.
Q I just cannot handle that loud dryer! It makes me so scared!
A It’s ok, we know you are afraid. We will use a handheld dryer to dry your coat.
