Rainbow Mane

CRACKER, Shetland Sheepdog

In this video, we’ll be showcasing a creative grooming session with Cracker, a Sheltie who’s about to get a colorful makeover. Watch as Jess demonstrates how to safely apply vibrant, pet-friendly dyes using an airbrush, transforming Cracker's collar into a rainbow masterpiece. This tutorial covers essential safety tips to ensure the process is enjoyable and safe for both groomer and dog. Enjoy the colorful transformation!

PART 1 The importance of having a plan, and all your colours ready.

PART 2 Following your pattern plan. Jess explains why she chooses to use the air gun over the blow pens. Starting at the back of the neck so the dog can get used to the process from a comfortable position is a great tip.

PART 3 Now in the sitting position, Jess starts with the hot pink on Cracker, continuing the blending and brushing process which gives a great effect.
